Payment, Shipment, Cancellation & Returns

At yourShaver.com, we make ordering genuine Japanese Cleancut™ products simple and secure. Below you'll find everything you need to know about paying, shipping, cancelling and returning your order. Need help? Browse our products or contact us anytime.

How to Pay

We accept most Visa & MasterCard, as well as PayPal — a very secure way to pay. You may also pay by direct bank transfer into our account:

Currency & Order Terms

  • Orders must be paid by Cash, Credit Card or PayPal at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is accepted in HK Dollars or US Dollars.
  • To shop online, please create an account first, then email us a copy of your pay-in slip as proof of payment, along with your name and delivery address.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we will ship your items to your address.

Shipping Options

Local Shipment (Hong Kong)

  • Sent by domestic mail via Hong Kong Post.
  • FREE shipping for HK addresses when your net order reaches HK$388 or above per shipment.
  • This service does not include tracking.
  • Self-collection is available during office hours at our showroom — please contact us to confirm in advance so we can prepare your order.

International Shipment

  • Sent by registered mail with an extra US$3 to cover handling & registered-mail costs.
  • No signature proof of delivery, but you can track your parcel via the Hong Kong Post tracking service.

Express Service

  • Available via HKEMS (Speedpost), FedEx, UPS, DHL or other appointed couriers.
  • Subject to extra shipping costs, determined by your order's merchandise value.
  • Urgent orders: if you need delivery by a specific date, we will do our best to help, subject to an agreed additional charge.
  • Freight collect: you may use your own appointed courier account — just send us your collection account number before shipment.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Please allow 1–3 days for order processing (ex-stock, subject to prior sale).
  • In-stock items typically ship the next business day after proof of payment, with delivery in approximately 7–10 business days.
  • "Special Order" catalogue items: please allow 10–20 business days.
  • International mail varies from 4–5 days to several weeks, depending on the destination.

We follow the general delivery estimates provided by Hong Kong Post and are not responsible for delays caused by importation issues — including supplier delays, customs detention, inspections, acts of God or flight delays. Delivery times are estimates only, and delays do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Important Delivery Notes

  • After shipment, we will provide a postal receipt or tracking number (if available).
  • An optional Advice of Delivery / return-slip service is available via Hong Kong Post for an extra US$5 handling cost.
  • As a dropshipper, we ship to most major countries & cities via Hong Kong Post, but reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations outside its service list.
  • A valid street address is required — we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses (especially via FedEx/UPS/DHL).
  • Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered; back orders are cancelled if unavailable after 45 days or upon buyer request.
  • Orders will not be held longer than 10 working days without payment. Any refused order must be prepaid (including double freight) to be re-shipped.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

  • Once payment is made, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a refund, you must submit a written request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Only unopened items in original packaging may be returned, and not all return/cancellation requests will be granted.
  • A 35% restocking fee plus return shipping costs apply.
  • No returns without prior written authorization — please contact us first. Unauthorized returns are shipped back at the customer's expense.
  • On any cancellation, goods must be returned at your cost unless otherwise agreed.
  • If goods are faulty, incorrect or wrongly substituted by us, we will cover the return cost (please allow us to nominate the carrier).

Warranty

All merchandise is guaranteed free of manufacturer defects, unless otherwise stated, and is warranted against manufacturer defects for up to one year from the purchase date. Exchanges are made at the buyer's shipping cost, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Damage caused by excessive wear, improper care or prolonged display is not eligible for credit. Returns are for merchandise credit only.
