相反对于淺色或太幼细的毛髮，則较难彻底清除。如果皮膚黑，或者皮膚颜色较深，而毛髮颜色相对较淡，治疗效果要受到影響。

接受疗程前，三星期内避免长时间曝晒，也不要拔掉毛髮﹔治疗前后应使用性质温和的产品，不要使用含果酸及酒精的护膚品及磨砂产品。请勿使用过热的水冲洗治疗部位。

请勿做劇烈运动、焗桑拿浴、蒸气浴或练习高温瑜伽。为免感染，请勿到泳池或海滩游泳、或浸泡温泉。请勿穿著紧身衣物或丝袜，让治疗部位乾爽透气。

如有癌症、红斑狠疮、皮膚长期生癬、曝晒后皮膚变黑、麻疹、白蝕、怀孕等身体狀况，都不适宜进行激光疗程。
