Upon receipt of payment, we will send the ordered items to your addresses. 3) Order must be made by Cash or Credit card or PayPal at point-of-sale or at time of purchase or order in either HK Dollars or US Dollars. 4) If no special shipment requirement, all orders would send by Regular mail through Hong Kong Post Office only: ² Local Shipment: by domestic snail mail service: FREE shipping for HK addresses if net order amount reaches HK$388 or above per shipment. This form of shipping does NOT offer tracking. We also provide self-collection service during office hour at our showroom, you can contact us to confirm before so we can prepare all in advance. ² International Shipment: by registered mail service: Extra US$3 to cover handling & registered mail costs. This form of shipping does NOT offer signature proof of delivery but you can check mail status via online mail tracking link of Hong Kong Post Office: http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp 5) Additional EXPRESS Service – either by HKEMS (speedpost), FedEX, UPS, DHL or any other appointed International Courier. These form of shipping all subject to EXTRA ship costs. Shipping charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order. 6) Urgent Orders - If your order is required for a particular date. We will do all we can to help subject to an agreed additional charge. 7) If buyer does not want to wait for our shipping cost quotation, we can accept shipment under “Freight collect” through buyer’s account of each individual mail/courier service provider. General speaking, buyer can select their own appointed international shipping/courier service under their cost, and just give us instruction with their payment collection account number before shipment. Most service provider has their own mail tracking method and terms & condition. You can get all information from their official website. 8) Ship date: Ex-stock subject to prior sale. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. Upon receipt of proof of payment, all Stocked items would arrange on next-business-day shipment normally. Following credit card authorization and verification you will receive your order within approximately 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only). All merchandise order from catalogue "Special Order" please allow 10-20 business days since day of order. International mail varies widely from as little as 4-5 days to weeks depending upon the addresses place. 9) We follow general shipment estimate time provided by HK Post Office and not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, manufacturers/suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays. This means that if an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund. Delivery estimates are only estimates. 10) Advice of Delivery: We would inform you after shipment effected with postal receipt or tracking number (if available). Additional Return-slip service can take place in HK Post Office; the return advice should be signed by the addresses or another authorized receiver, and return to us by mail. Hence, we can transfer this return advice to you. Extra handling cost US$5. 11) As dropshipper, we mail to worldwide major countries & cities through Hong Kong Post Office and have almost all customers’ satisfaction before. However, we do not know if any addresses might out of their service list due to any reason, so we must reserve the right not to ship to some countries. Sorry unable to specified all place at moment. We would suggest buyer consult your own International shipping courier service to ensure mail available before shipment. 12) Remember we need clear valid street address for delivery and NO Deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses (especially for FedEX/UPS/DHL those international couriers). 13) We do not sell on your business's anticipation, nor do we guarantee the sale. 14) Items out of stock will be back-ordered. Back orders will be cancelled if merchandise is not available after 45 days, or at buyer request. Unless holding for a backorder, orders will not be held for more than 10 working days without payment. Any order which is refused must be prepaid (including double freight) to be re-shipped. 15) Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund in written within 48 hours from delivery. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted. Please note that you will be liable for 35% restocking fee and the shipping cost to send the item back to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customer's expense. 16) All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturer defects, unless otherwise stated. We warrant against any manufacturer defects up to one year from purchase date. We do not refund any charges relating to shipping which at that time an exchange will be made under Buyer’s ship cost. Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Returns are for merchandise credit only. Without prior written authorization absolutely no returns, contact us before and ask for a written authorization. 17) On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless we agree that you may dispose of them, in which case please comply with the manufacturer’s instructions before disposing of hazardous goods. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
